You know that guy from that little-known TV series “Heroes” who plays the Japanese geek who can time-travel?
Yeah. Him.
Did you know that he’s a programmer by day? No, not some bozo who “designs software” and passes himself as a programmer even though he couldn’t write an app that prints “Hello, World” to save his own skin; I mean, he’s a hard-core programmer dude. He has written multiple applications and plug-ins for special effects software at ILM (the special effects studio founded by some guy named George Lucas…’doesn’t ring a bell to me…). Those liquid metal effects for T2? He did that. Same with those water effects for “The Perfect Storm” and “Pirates of the Carribean.”
And with his newfound fame, he still keeps his day job. Imagine that.
Yeah, I know. What a prick. I hate him, too.
