Roomba Woes…
About a year ago, I raved at how this little device works. It works flawlessly until a couple of days ago, when the charger stopped charging the device; it instead makes the Roomba flash red lights. Perusing the iRobot (maker of Roomba) website, I read that if the charger light is not green, you should call customer service. I did, but after roughly 20 minutes on hold, I gave up and used the form on their website to send out my little rant:

My roomba charger stopped charging the Roomba–instead it makes the Roomba emit red pulses. I’ve read in this page and my charger does blink yellow instead of continuous green…
Unfortunately, your phone customer service suck like your vacuums: as instructed i did call the phone number…but after EIGHTEEN MINUTES of waiting, i gave up.
Please advise.
