I got a 4x5 WACOM Intuos3 Tablet for Christmas. I started using this with Photoshop and I must say this makes it a world easier! The 4x5 size is just right even for a 20" widescreen LCD. The mouse that came with the Intuos3 is a piece of crap, though: it's too small, buttons are iffy and is not as "granular" as I expect it to be.

Yes, it's expensive at around $200, but i think it's worth every penny. I cannot compare this to WACOM's cheaper Graphire line...although I have read consistently that it's not even close to the Intuos3 quality.
